Don’t try to be something you’re not; I can see through your act.
Don’t try to wear a mask; You don’t need to hide the beauty within.
Don’t be mad because they seem happier than you; The grass isn’t always greener on the other side.

Don’t demand something and then refuse it; Be grateful for what gifts you are given- The gift of thought.
Don’t fret over things others have that you don’t; Cherish what you already have before it fades away.
Don’t steal from others; No one deserves to lose anything they adore.
Don’t ignore your parents; They were once your age too.

And never ever ever say you hate your friends; Because if you do, you truly aren’t theirs.
And never ever ever forget who you are; You won’t exist if you do.
And never ever ever trade your life for a different one; You’ll never know how lucky you truly are until you lose everything you have.
And never ever ever end your life short; There are too many lessons in life to learn.
